to order Add each product
you require to your PayPal shopping basket by clicking on the 'Add to basket'
button beside each product. Your shopping basket can be viewed by clicking on
any of the 'View basket' buttons. You can alter the quantities of products in
your basket or delete products from your basket on the shopping basket web page.
Once you have completed your shopping, simply follow PayPal's instructions in
order to complete your payment. Postage

is included in all of the prices of each item & are posted 1st class ( Recorded
delivery in the U.K ) 1st
class airmail for europe & worldwide Payments
Everything But Beige does not hold
credit or debit card details since card payments made to us are dealt with by
PayPal. Customers do not require PayPal accounts in order to make payments through
PayPal. PayPal accepts payments through all major credit and debit cards, including
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron. Once you
have successfully placed an order online, you should receive an email from PayPal
confirming payment. You will also receive an email from us confirming your order.
Delivery
Once payment has been
received your order will be processed. If there is a problem or delay with regard
to an order the customer will be notified via email or telephone. Orders are normally
posted within seven working days of receipt of payment. Returns
All Everything But Beige items are carefully checked
before they leave us, and should reach the customer in perfect condition. In the
event of any problem with an order, postage for returned garments is payable by
the customer unless there is deemed to have been a fault on our behalf. If you
would like to return an item, please do so within 14 days of receipt for an exchange
or refund. Please obtain a certificate of posting, as we cannot be held responsible
for goods that do not reach us.
We
will accept returns on unsuitable items provided that you return them to us in
their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.
Availability
From time to time the
items available to us through our stockists are discontinued or temporarily unavailable
beyond our control. In such cases we shall endeavour to find as close a match
as possible and the customer may be contacted via email and offered a replacement
item.
TRADE DESCRIPTION
Although
we make every effort to ensure that descriptions and pictures of our goods are
as accurate as possible, we hope that you will understand that the uniqueness
and hand crafted nature of the products means that there may be slight variation
in colour or size.
